Comments
When visitors leave comments on this site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
If you use the Gravatar service, an anonymous hash of your email may be sent to verify whether you are using the service. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible publicly next to your comment. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can download and view this information.
Cookies
When you leave a comment, you may choose to store your name, email, and website in cookies. This is to improve user experience so you won’t have to re-enter your details when adding another comment. Cookies last for one year.
Visiting our login page sets temporary cookies to verify whether your browser accepts cookies. These cookies do not contain personal data and expire when the browser is closed.
When logging in, we set additional cookies to store login information (valid for 2 days) and screen display preferences (valid for 1 year). Selecting “Remember Me” extends login duration to 2 weeks. Logging out removes these cookies.

Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited the other website directly and may collect data, use cookies, or track your interaction with the content.
Sharing Your Data
When requesting a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
Comments may be checked through automated spam detection services, which may be located outside your country.

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely to automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For registered users, we also store the personal data provided in their profile. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal data at any time (except for their username). Administrators may view and edit this information.
